How does it work?

It’s a very simple FOUR-step process...

1. Send us your qualifications: Fill up the ‘Apply now’ form with qualifications and details.
2. We Identify qualified H-1B employer: We search our qualified Employer and map to a potential employer where your skills match their requirements and willing to sponsor H-1B.
3. Evaluation: Identified Employer performs the review, evaluates your qualifications, and performs further processing.
4. H-1B Sponsorship: Upon successful evaluation, the Employer can sponsor your H-1B in the H-1B Cap quota.

About H-1B Cap

How USCIS Determines if an H-1B Petition Is Subject to the Cap

USCIS uses the information provided during the electronic registration process to determine if a petition is subject to the congressionally mandated cap of 65,000 H-1B visas (commonly known as the “regular cap”) or the advanced degree exemption. The advanced degree exemption is an exemption from the H-1B cap for beneficiaries who have earned a U.S. master’s degree or higher and is available until the number of beneficiaries who are exempt on this basis exceeds 20,000.

Congress set the current annual regular cap for the H-1B category at 65,000.

Why Apply H-1B sooner than later?

Based on previous year’s data, there is a chance for only one application to be picked against four H-1B applications

Every Year the number of H-1B aspirants increases Based on the history provided by USCIS. We strongly recommend doing multiple H-1B lottery attempts to get a successful H-1B slot as only one person is likely to get selected out of four applicants.

During 2021 H-1B Cap Quota (In 2020 march): 274,237 filed against 85,000 available slots.

During 2022 H-1B Cap Quota (In 2021 march): 308,613 filed against 85,000 available slots.
